1. Overview
Tech Crusades provides custom software development and digital services. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations of our services.
2. Service Cancellation
2.1 Project Cancellation
Clients may cancel a project at any time by providing written notice. Cancellation terms are as follows:
- Before Development Begins: Full refund minus any administrative fees (up to 5% of project value)
- During Development (0-25% complete): 75% refund of remaining balance
- During Development (26-50% complete): 50% refund of remaining balance
- During Development (51-75% complete): 25% refund of remaining balance
- After 75% Completion: No refund available
2.2 Subscription Services
Monthly or annual subscription services can be cancelled at any time. Refunds for unused portions will be prorated based on the remaining subscription period.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us at contact@techcrusades.com with the following information:
- Project/service reference number
- Reason for cancellation
- Date of service initiation
- Payment transaction details
Refunds will be processed within 14-21 business days after approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Completed and delivered work
- Third-party licenses or services purchased on behalf of the client
- Consultation fees for completed sessions
- Services that have been fully utilized
5. Quality Assurance
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please contact us within 30 days of project delivery. We will review your concerns and work with you to resolve any issues. If we are unable to resolve the issue, we may offer a partial refund or additional work at no cost.
6. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes regarding refunds, we encourage clients to contact us first to resolve the matter amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be subject to mediation or arbitration as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
