1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Tech Crusades website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Tech Crusades provides software development, web development, mobile app development, cloud solutions, UI/UX design, SEO services, and related consulting services. All services are provided subject to these terms and any specific agreements entered into between you and Tech Crusades.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Timely feedback and approvals
• Payment of fees as agreed
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Maintaining confidentiality of access credentials

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Client Ownership

Upon full payment, clients own the custom-developed code and deliverables created specifically for their project, subject to any third-party licenses.

4.2 Our Rights

Tech Crusades retains rights to pre-existing code, frameworks, tools, and methodologies used in project delivery. We may use anonymized project data for portfolio and marketing purposes.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• Projects may require an initial deposit (typically 30-50%)
• Milestone payments are due upon completion of agreed milestones
• Final payment is due upon project completion and delivery
• Late payments may incur interest charges

6. Project Scope and Changes

Project scope is defined in the project agreement. Changes to scope may result in additional time and costs. All scope changes must be agreed upon in writing.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. However, we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Specific business outcomes or results
• Compatibility with all third-party systems

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tech Crusades' liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Termination terms, including payment for work completed, are outlined in the project agreement.

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be subject to mediation or binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Texas, United States.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
